Our Grand Rapids gym allows us to provide you with a large variety of tools to help you accomplish your goals. We combine traditional Weight training with body weight exercises to prove that your body can be your equipment!

We have members from 20 - 70+ years old including all levels of ability.   We can offer appropriate substitutions for almost any exercise, so why put it off any longer ... you body won't wait forever!

This 6-week series will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm beginning Monday, December 4, 2017.

Our new instructor, Brent Banfill, will focus on teaching proper form and technique for improving your performance in traditional lifts including the squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press, as well as accessory movements and strengthening the core/abs. The Intro to Powerlifting Series is a pre-pay series, open to new and existing Fitnessxt Members for the introductory price of only $199 for the six week series. Minimum of 4 members required. Brent is NASM certified, has a background in Powerlifting and has competed in the sport. He is a great addition to Fitnessxt - Grand Rapids and very excited about sharing his passion for Powerlifting with our members.

"Pain in the @ss" Leg & Glute Series Class

  • There will be an informal Pain in the @ss Class most Sundays at 9:30 or 10:30am.  Please contact us at Info@nullFitnessxt.com to get on the email contact list for this group. 

Only 1 key tag session, but we ask that you pre-register for this class so we can get you in the group mailing.  The BEST asset is YOUR asset!  =)

Class Descriptions

Daily Classes... Once you've contacted us and have attended your first instuctional Intro to Cross Training class, you do not need to pre-sign for any of the daily classes.  Just show up!  To get started email: Info@nullFitnessxt.com.

Traditional Cardio Cross Training: Your standard class that consists of Kettlebells, Medicine balls, Plyo Boxes and all the Tools we have in our Box! 

Coming in January!!  CSI: 45: These are the classes that give you everything you need all built into one session!  Cardio.  Strength.  Intervals for endurance, heart health, bone denisty and so much more!!  How about a Rockin" Body!!! 

Olympic Power Training: This class will be introducing the Olympic lifts using Trainer Olympic Bars/Plates (lighter weight so you can learn technique 1st!) with elements of other Cross Training tools.  

Tabata HIIT: These are your FAVORITE classes using mostly body weight exercises to challenge your Fast twitch muscles as well as improve your VO2 max!  Set to a Tabata theme of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off x 8 rounds.  We do 7 - 8 or these 4 minutes sets.  No Intro class needed. 

Tabata HIIT with Kettlebells: This is a FAV in our Grand Rapids gym where the class is Kettlebell based, but done to a Tabata timed theme. 

Pain in the @ss Class:  A specialized series of classes that are designed to target your posterior chain ~ in all the right places!  Offered on Sundays from 11am - Noon.  We are currently taking drop ins for this class (no pre-sign needed), but due to the specialized nature the cost per session is $16.50.  Worth every penny!!!   

In a Minute Class: This Endurance Class is based on 1 minute sets to ramp us your V02 Max!  If you want your cardio fix and/or to Cross Train for your next Athletic event (or even Life!), this class is for you!  For all levels of ability... especially appropriate for beginners.  No Intro class needed. 

Saturday Sweat Circuit Class: These have morphed into an Olympic style class setting with Cross Training tools. Come try one on for size...  it's HIIT style training at it's BEST!    

GS Sport: This is structured to teach you how to become an excellent lifter in the Traditional Lifts with Kettlebells using timed lifts.   

**All classes are for all levels of ability (with the exception of the GS class) and can & will be scaled down for any physical limitations or beginners

Fit Body Transformation: A  series that is offered in a small group setting of no more than 8 - 10 ladies.  Includes Diet coaching with Isagenix, Workouts, Support, Team Environment & Weekly Challenges!  The class will meet every Wednesday :45 - 6:45pm.  We are so MUCH MORE than just a workout however, so email us if you want MORE information and/or if you want to get on the list for the next session.... As again, this class fills up Quickly!  New and continually evolving Programs will be offered approximately every 12 weeks.  Appropriate for Beginner & Advanced members.
