Class Descriptions

Daily Classes... Once you've signed up for your 1st Cross Training class, you do not need to pre-sign for any of the daily classes.  Just show up!  To get started email: Info@nullFitnessxt.com.

Traditional Cross Training: Your standard class that consists of Traditional Weights, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Plyo Boxes and all the Tools we have in our Box! 

Olympic Power Training: This class will be introducing the Olympic lifts using Trainer Olympic Bars/Plates (lighter weight so you can learn technique 1st!) with elements of other Cross Training tools.  

Tabata HIIT: These are your FAVORITE classes using traditional weights and/or body weight exercises to challenge your Fast twitch muscles as well as improve your VO2 max!  Set to a Tabata theme of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off x 8 rounds.  We do 7 - 8 or these 4 minutes sets.  No Intro class needed. 

Tabata HIIT with Kettlebells: This is a FAV on Monday nights where the class is Kettlebell based, but done to a Tabata timed theme. 

Pain in the @ss Class:  A specialized series of classes that are designed to target your posterior chain ~ in all the right places!  Offered on Sundays from 11am - Noon.  We are currently taking drop ins for this class (no pre-sign needed), but due to the specialized nature the cost per session is $16.50 or 2 sessions on your key tag.  Worth every penny!!!   

In a Minute Class: This Endurance Class is based on 1 minute sets to ramp us your V02 Max!  If you want your cardio fix and/or to Cross Train for your next Athletic event (or even Life!), this class is for you!  For all levels of ability... especially appropriate for beginners/light weights.  No experience needed.

Olympic Technique Training: A 6 week series of classes that will teach you how to effectively perform the Olympic Lifts:  Deadlifts, Squats, Clean, Snatch, Jerk.  If 2018 is your year to "Increase your level of Fitness", this class is for you!  Beginner & Advanced sessions.

FLEX 2018 ~ Fit Body Transformation: A 6 week series that is offered in a small group setting of no more than 8 - 10 ladies.  Includes Diet, Workouts, Support, Team Environment & Weekly Challenges!  Beginning again in January 2018, but email asap as we are almost FULL for the next session!  Beginner & Advanced sessions.  

**All classes are for all levels of ability (with the exception of the GS class) and can & will be scaled down for any physical limitations or beginners
